Who is A.T Speed & Strength.

Hey, I'm Abbie Taddeo — but most people call me Abbs. Elite sprint coach, 8x Australian representative, and someone who genuinely loves helping athletes discover what they're capable of.

A BIT ABOUT ME

You might have heard the phrase "one-percenters." Well, if one-percenters meant spending countless hours travelling thousands of kilometres weekly, enduring daily strenuous pre and rehab reps without fail. I do all one hundred of them. My own athletic career taught me that elite performance isn't just about raw talent. It's about discipline, consistency, and having the right people in your corner. That's exactly what I try to be for every single athlete I coach. Beyond the track, I'm constantly learning and planning ways to grow as a coach, and as a person. My weekly support team includes physiotherapy, Pilates, sports psychology, and strength and conditioning. I bring that same whole-athlete mindset to every program I design. At the end of the day, my biggest drive is simple: I don't want to let people down. I want to push athletes past what they thought was possible physically and mentally and watch them surprise themselves.

WHO I COACH

I work with athletes of all levels across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and the broader Illawarra — from first-time junior athletes finding their feet, to elite club and team sport players chasing the next level. Whether you're a parent looking to give your child the best possible start, a team sport athlete wanting an edge over the competition, or a serious sprinter chasing a PB — you're in the right place.
